Enjoy the tranquility of this newly renovated 55 sq. mt. studio, near the beach, with its private sunny garden. Centrally located and with easy access to Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra, this residential neighbourhood is extremely safe, friendly, and within walking distance of the beach, cafés and restaurants.
This cosy studio is the perfect relaxing getaway or the tranquil space for remote working. In your private garden you will find deck chairs, a smalltable and loungers - just lay back and relax.

Nearest beach
Enclosed between two coastal cliffs, Poça Beach is the nearest beach to the Studio. Poça Beach has good points of access from the Marginal coast road and a pedestrian tunnel that goes under the train tracks. Offers a promenade, life-guard, showers, toilets, bars and restaurants with ocean view.

Carcavelos Beach is the largest expanse of sand on the Estoril coast and regularly hosts beach volleyball and football competitions. Given its easy access, Carcavelos Beach is highly popular during the summer while in winter it is mostly used for surfing and bodyboarding. Carcavelos offers a wide choice of restaurants and bars.

Part of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, Guincho Beach is endowed with a surrounding landscape of great beauty. Given both its strong winds and waves, Guincho attracts bodyboarders and surfers. Nearby, there are some excellent restaurants specialising in fish and shellfish dishes.

Cascais is a very lively and cosmopolitan town. Particularly recommended is a stroll through its streets, where you'll find nice shops, or enjoy the many outdoor cafés and restaurants scattered around town. Other than the beautiful beaches, visit the Forte, Marina and the Museums in the centre of the town.
Lisbon
Standing on the estuary of the River Tejo, the city has a long history dating back to the Romans. Lisbon offers a combination of old-world history, a great climate and safety. I strongly suggest you take a tuk tuk tour to help you manage Lisbon's seven hills and its paved steep streets. Must see places: Castelo São Jorge, Alfama, Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, Torre de Belém, Terreiro do Paço and Cais das Colunas, Chiado and Bairro Alto.
Sintra
Hidden among a majestic forest, whimsical palaces, extravagant villas and the ruins of a 10th-century Moorish castle, Sintra is a swirl of fairy-tale styles, combining exotic and local architecture with beautiful views. The summer destination of choice for the nobility and bourgeoisie since the 15th century, Sintra's hills are filled with remarkable monuments and parks, including the National Palace of Sintra.

I loved this property, it was super cute and cosy, the beds were comfy, the sitting area was lovely for meditation and reading, the kitchen has more than expected, it is fully functional and stocked well. I loved how the studio is decorated and I was very impressed with how the space has been optimised. The beach is walking distance but be prepared to walk up a hill to get home! The neighbourhood is very safe and you can do a nice seafront walk to Cascais. Maria -Theresa is so lovely and so are her dogs. I would love to go back and stay in the pink house again as I loved it all.
